Welcome to Western Vault. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, westernvault.com, and the purchase of our curated products. By accessing our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. User Accounts & Registration

To access the Vault registry and place orders, you must maintain a secure account using a valid email address and password.

• Account Accuracy: You agree to provide and maintain accurate information, including your full name, profile photo, and phone number.
• Security Responsibility: You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Western Vault is not liable for unauthorized activity resulting from account negligence.
• Right to Terminate: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users providing fraudulent data or violating safety protocols.

2. Product Authenticity & Pricing

We strive for absolute accuracy in the display of our premium shoes, watches, and apparel.

• Pricing: All prices are listed in local currency and are subject to adjustment without prior notice.
• Stock Availability: Orders are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable post-purchase, we will notify you and initiate a full refund via our payment partner.

3. Secure Payments via Cashfree

Transactions on Western Vault are handled securely through our authorized payment gateways, Cashfree Payments.

• Authorization: By submitting a payment, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method, including Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, or Net Banking, as supported by our partners.
• Data Integrity: Western Vault does not store sensitive card details, bank credentials, or UPI PINs. All financial processing is conducted externally through the PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure of Cashfree.
• Gateway Selection: We reserve the right to process payments and refunds through Cashfree at our discretion to ensure transaction stability and security.

4. Shipping, Logistics & Tracking

Physical goods are dispatched to the shipping address saved in your profile.

• Logistics Partners: Fulfillment is facilitated through Delhivery, DTDC, Shree Tirupati Courier Services Pvt. Ltd, and The Professional Couriers.
• Tracking: Upon dispatch, a tracking ID is provided. You acknowledge that tracking is conducted on the respective partner's platform, subject to their individual terms.
• Liability: While we ensure timely dispatch, we are not liable for delays caused by logistics constraints or incorrect address data provided by the user.

5. Intellectual Property

All brand assets, including the Western Vault logo, product imagery, and descriptions, are the intellectual property of Western Vault. Reproduction or distribution without written consent is strictly prohibited.
