1. Order Processing & Fulfillment

Once your transaction is verified through Cashfree Payments, our curation team prepares your items for dispatch:

• Processing Timeline: Orders are typically fulfilled and prepared for shipping within 1-2 business days.
• Operating Schedule: Fulfillment occurs Monday through Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays enter the queue on the subsequent business day.
• Payment Verification: Dispatched items are only handed over to logistics partners after a successful payment confirmation from either of our authorized gateways.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Transit times vary based on the destination's proximity to our fulfillment center in Kochi:

• Metropolitan Regions: 3 to 5 business days.
• Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 5 to 7 business days.
• Remote Locations: Up to 10 business days, subject to carrier reach.

4. Sophisticated Tracking

We provide full visibility into your shipment's journey:

• Tracking ID: Upon dispatch, a unique Tracking ID is generated and shared via email and SMS.
• Direct Integration: You may track your package in real-time through the Western Vault user dashboard or directly on our partner’s official tracking portals.

5. Delivery Fees

Shipping costs are determined by the weight of the registry items and the delivery zone:

• Complimentary Shipping: Available for orders exceeding the value threshold specified at checkout.
• Standard Rate: A flat-rate fee is applied to orders below the complimentary threshold.

6. Integrity & Damaged Goods

We stand by the quality of our packaging.

• Tamper Check: If a package appears tampered with or the seal is broken upon arrival, we advise you to refuse delivery and notify us immediately.
• Address Accuracy: Ensure your profile address is updated. Western Vault is not liable for successful deliveries to incorrect addresses provided by the user.
