  • Processing Window: All orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Operating Hours: We process orders Monday through Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Timelines

We partner with reputed national logistics providers to ensure your package reaches you safely. The estimated delivery time depends on your location:

  • Metropolitan Cities: 3 to 5 business days.
  • Rest of India: 5 to 7 business days.
  • Remote Locations: Up to 10 business days depending on the reach of our courier partners.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of the items and the delivery destination.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders above a certain value (as specified on the checkout page).
  • Standard Charges: For orders below the free shipping threshold, a flat shipping fee will be applied at checkout.

4. Tracking Your Order

Transparency is key to our service. Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive a confirmation email and SMS containing your Tracking ID and a link to the courier partner's website.
  • You can also track your order directly through your Western Vault account dashboard using your registered email and password.

5. Delivery Issues & Lost Packages

While we strive for perfection, occasional delays may occur due to weather or logistics constraints.

  • Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct in your profile. Western Vault is not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses provided by the user.
  • Damaged Packaging: If you notice the package is tampered with or damaged upon delivery, please do not accept it and notify us immediately.
