At Western Vault, we strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience. This policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations, returns, and refunds are processed for our shoes, watches, and apparel.

1. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. You may cancel your order according to the following guidelines:

  • Before Shipment: Orders can be cancelled at no cost before they are handed over to our logistics partners. You can request a cancellation via your account dashboard or by contacting support.
  • After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may follow our return process after receiving the item.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return or exchange:

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unused condition, with all tags and original packaging intact.
  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and security reasons, certain items (as specified on product pages) may not be eligible for return unless received in a damaged condition.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs, upon verification of the issue.

4. Refund Process

All refunds are processed securely through our payment partner, PayU Payments.

  1. Approval: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. Payment Method: Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, or Net Banking).
  3. Timeline: Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.
