Mandatory Verification & Refund Guidelines

At Western Vault, we curate premium authenticated goods. To maintain the integrity of our registry and protect our customers, we strictly adhere to the following cancellation and refund protocols.

1. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To be eligible for any return, replacement, or refund regarding damaged or incorrect items, users must provide a continuous, unedited unboxing video.

  • Video Coverage: The video must show the package from all sides before opening, the shipping label clearly visible, and the entire unboxing process until the product is fully inspected.
  • Minimum Duration: The video should be of sufficient length (minimum 3 minutes recommended) to clearly demonstrate the condition of the item upon arrival.
  • No Video, No Refund: In the absence of a complete, unedited unboxing video proof, Western Vault reserves the right to reject any return or refund request.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Before Shipment: Orders can be cancelled via your dashboard before they are handed over to our logistics partners (Delhivery, DTDC, etc.).
  • After Shipment: Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You must follow the return process after delivery, subject to unboxing video verification.

3. Damaged or Faulty Items

If you believe an item is faulty or was damaged during transit:

  • Notify our support team within 48 hours of delivery via our Contact Page or WhatsApp.
  • Submit your unboxing video proof for verification.
  • A refund or replacement will only be initiated once our support team confirms the fault originated from our side.

4. Refund Process via Cashfree

All financial transactions and refunds are processed securely through our authorized payment partners, Cashfree Payments.

  1. Verification: Upon approval of your mandatory 3-minute unboxing video proof and the subsequent return of the item, we will notify you of the status.
  2. Method: Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method utilized during the purchase (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, or Net Banking).
  3. Timeline: Once initiated, refunds typically reflect in your account within 5-7 business days, subject to your bank's internal processing times.
  4. Gateway Specifics: The refund will be processed through the same gateway (Cashfree) that handled the initial transaction to ensure security and compliance.
