2. Third-Party Sharing & Logistics

To fulfill your orders, we share essential personal data (Name, Shipping Address, and Contact Number) with our trusted third-party logistics partners. These partners are authorized to use this data solely for the purpose of delivery and order tracking.

Users are provided with a Tracking ID which may be used on the respective partner's platform to monitor shipment status. Please note that once redirected to a partner's site, their specific privacy terms apply.

3. Secure Transactions via Cashfree

All financial transactions on Western Vault are processed securely through our authorized payment partner, Cashfree Payments.

• Data Security: While Western Vault maintains your order history, we do not store sensitive financial identifiers such as credit/debit card numbers, CVV, or UPI PINs.
• Compliance: All payment data is handled externally by our partners under PCI-DSS compliance standards to ensure the highest level of security for your transactions.
• Processing: By initiating a purchase, you acknowledge that your payment information will be processed by Cashfree based on the gateway utilized during the checkout process.
